Pre-orders for the made-to-order (MTO) item will be taken from 1/31/2023 at 4 AM PT (7 AM ET) until the winner of the game is official on Sunday 2/12/2023 (Pre-order Sale Window). Orders from 2/12/2023 through 2/21/2023 will only be fulfilled for the winning team.

You won’t be charged unless you ordered the winning team set. The pre-order amount will show as pending on your payment account. If you ordered the winning team set. your payment will then be processed. If you didn’t. your pre-order will be canceled. and the pending charge will disappear.

Mattel has the authority to close the Pre-order Sale Window at any time. You may cancel your order during the Pre-order Sale Window by calling . After the Pre-order Sale Window ends. all orders are final. 

The MTO item’s expected ship date will be displayed on the item’s product page in our online shop and may be up to one year from your order date. You will be notified before your order ships and provided with instructions if you need to update your shipping address. If the expected shipping date changes. and the revised date is more than 30 days after the original expected shipment date. you’ll be notified of the new expected shipping date and have the opportunity to cancel your order and request a refund.
