Important Terms and Conditions Applicable to Purchase of Made-to-Order Item:

Pre-orders for this made-to-order (MTO) item will be taken beginning Monday 1/27/2025 at 9:00am PT. If the represented team wins Super Bowl LIX. pre-orders will continue to be taken for this made-to-order item through Monday 2/24/2025 at 11:59pm PT. If the represented team does not win Super Bowl LIX. pre-orders for this item will end on Sunday 2/9/2025 no later than 11:59pm PT.

You won’t be charged unless you ordered the winning team item. The pre-order amount will show as pending on your payment account. If you ordered the winning team item. your payment will then be processed on Monday 2/10/2025. If you didn’t. your pre-order will be canceled. and the pending charge will disappear.

Mattel has the authority to close the Pre-order Sale Window at any time. You may cancel your order during the Pre-order Sale Window by calling Customer Service. After the Sale Window ends. all orders are final.

The MTO item’s expected ship date will be displayed on the item’s product page in our online shop and may be up to one year from your order date. You will be notified before your order ships and provided with instructions if you need to update your shipping address. If the expected shipping date changes. and the revised date is more than 30 days after the original expected shipment date. you’ll be notified of the new expected shipping date and have the opportunity to cancel your order and request a refund.
